Director of Customer Experience @ PointClickCare
Jeff is the Director of Customer Experience at PointClickCare. In his role, Jeff serves as the primary voice and advocate for customers, working cross functionally to align the customer experience (CX) philosophy across the organization. Jeff works closely with multiple senior leaders in order to drive PointClickCare’s CX strategy and framework across all customer touch points.
Jeff First joined the team in August 1998, before PointClickCare launched the software platform that drives the company today. Through the years, Jeff has grown with the company, serving in many departments that have allowed him to gain unique insights on the customer base, and the internal teams and processes that serve PointClickCare’s customers.
Over the last decade, Jeff has lead the Sales Engineering team and has mentored new sales team members when it comes to understanding the customers and markets that PointClickCare serves, and the products that impact their outcomes. With almost 20 years of experience in the Healthcare Technology industry, Jeff has gained a clear understanding of the business challenges that PointClickCare customers face, and how technology can help address these challenges.
